On September 19, 2025, upon receiving the request to replace a leaking pipe onboard, our technical team boarded the vessel to carry out inspection, measurement, fabrication, and welding of the new pipe in accordance with technical specifications and class requirements.

On September 19, 2025, upon receiving the request to replace the leaking pipe onboard, our technical team boarded the vessel to carry out inspection, measurement, fabrication, and welding of the new pipe in compliance with technical requirements.

1.Site Inspection & Measurement

The team inspected the leaking area and took precise measurements to ensure accurate fabrication of the new pipe.

2. Pipe Fabrication at Workshop

Based on the measurements, the pipe, flange, and elbow (DN350 Sch80) were fabricated at the workshop accordingly.

3. Delivery & Onboard Installation

Materials were delivered onboard. The damaged pipe was removed, and the new pipe section was installed and welded in place.
